Ah, Clare! This beautiful lady holds a very special place in my heart! Not only is she an amazing friend, almost a year ago she helped find my voice as a photographer. I credit my shoot with her as a turning point in my work, when my style finally fell into place! For this I will always be grateful to Clare.
I was so excited for this shoot, I could barely stand it! I’ve been wanting to photograph a boudoir for some time and Clare was perfect for it! With the help of her good friend Ashley, who rocked hair and make-up and her newly remodeled bedroom and kitchen by the amazingly talented Victor, everything was to die for! We sipped wine, caught up on girl talk and laughed the entire time… the perfect combination for a boudoir shoot, right!?!

I’ve always found the idea of boudoir or intimate photography so empowering. It doesn’t necessarily have to be for your partner, but it’s a way to feel sexy and confident in your skin, exactly how you are. How cool is that?
I love the quiet confidence in this photograph. Few can pull of smiling with there eye’s closed and still look beautiful!

For the end of the shoot we highlighted Clare’s love of cooking with a sexy housewife look. It was too cute, plus we got to eat the cupcakes… score!!
