One of the most intimidating things for me is photographing another photographer, even if they’re a friend. Even though I’ve worked with a wide range of people, when another photographer is your model, the pressure to produce great work is really on!
I met Brandi when I first moved to Orange County and she has been a big part of my life ever since. She’s been a co-worker, school classmate, travel buddy, partner in crime and most importantly one of my best friends! She also happens to be a great photographer! So, when I wanted to update my bio pictures, we decided to do a little trade and photograph each other! Which surprisingly isn’t something we’ve done before, but was certainly worth the wait! I am thrilled with the results and really looking forward to be on the other side of the lens shortly!

Brandi has the BEST taste in shoes, and luckily we are the same size!! She has saved me from lack of heals many many times!
I also forgot to mention that Brandi is getting married this year!! We are currently planning her an epic bridal shower, which you will be hearing much more about! Stay tuned!
I’ve been dying to photograph on the running trail by my house, the light there is just delicious, and Brandi’s shoot was perfect for it! There is so much to work with on this 1 mile trail, it’s quickly becoming my new favorite place to photograph! Plus, I’m constantly scoping out new parts of the trail while I run!
The last few shots are some of my favorite, the sun had set and the light was so milky and calm.
